WakilChat is built for African traders who value trust above all else. Your privacy is fundamental to how we operate. WakilChat is owned and operated by SAQER MOON FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE), the data controller for the information described below.

Account: Name, email, phone number (verified via a one-time code sent by Telegram or SMS), country, business details, language. Trade Activity: Listings, messages, deals, quote requests. AI Conversations: Chats and calls with our AI trade agents are saved for two purposes only: making the agents better, and completing what you asked for (like preparing your quote). Nothing else — never sold, never shared for advertising. Technical: Device, browser, IP for security. Never: Payment cards or biometric data.

Aggregate insights are anonymized patterns like "Coffee inquiries from Europe peak in Q1" — no identities. AI conversations are kept only to improve the agents and complete your requests, are accessible only to WakilChat, and are never sold. Your control: Request deletion of your conversation history anytime via privacy@wakilchat.com.

All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Hosted on Supabase with SOC 2 Type II compliance. Regular security audits.

Delete your account: personal info removed within 30 days, trade history anonymized, messages deleted, Memory Brain contributions already anonymized. Email privacy@wakilchat.com or use settings.

We use service providers to operate the Platform: Supabase (authentication & database), Netlify (hosting), Telegram Gateway and licensed SMS gateways (delivery of verification codes to your phone number), AI model providers (processing of messages you send to our AI agents so they can reply), ElevenLabs (converting agent replies to speech — reply text only), translation services (text only), and Daily (voice/video calls). Providers receive only what their function requires and may not use it for their own purposes.

Under GDPR, CCPA, or local law: access, correct, delete, export your data. Contact privacy@wakilchat.com — we respond within 30 days.
